CASE HISTORY

Patient’s Name-Mrs. Rajo, Gender: Female, Age: 52 Years.

PRESENTING COMPLAINTS-

  • Severe pain in left eye with loss of vision. Copious watering.
  • Voice hoarse. Difficult respiration.
  • Pain in loins with scanty urination. Restlessness, feverish. Thirst less.
  • Worse from walking in open air. It causes her photophobia and general worsening of fever and body aches. Is worse during rest, must move slowly.
  • Better after perspiration or any analgesic or antipyretic, which cause her to sweat profusely.
  • Quarrelsome. Irritable. Weeping due to pain in left eye.

FURTHER INQUIRIES-

  • Feels nausea in open air.
  • Anxiety during rest.
  • Feels dyspnoea in open air.
  • Sensation of fullness of left eye.
  • As if eye were too large and would come out of the socket.
  • Cataract.
  • An old case of asthma.
